Available services
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is available for teenagers and adults. It may be helpful for people seeking ongoing support, greater flexibility, or time to explore a range of experiences and areas of focus. EMDR may be included where clinically appropriate, alongside other evidence-based psychological approaches.
Clients can book an Individual Therapy appointment directly online.
EMDR Intensive Blocks
EMDR Intensive Blocks are available for adults aged 18 years and over. An Intensive Block provides focused work on one or two distressing memories, experiences or areas of focus over a condensed timeframe. A referral does not automatically mean an intensive format will be used; this is considered collaboratively with the person.
Clients interested in an Intensive Block start with a free 15-minute call, followed by an Assessment & Planning Session.
Making a referral
Referrals are welcome from GPs, psychiatrists, paediatricians, psychologists and allied health practitioners, domestic and family violence services, sexual assault services, victim support programs, community organisations, insurers and workplace support programs.
Please confirm that the client has consented to this referral. Please ensure documents containing sensitive personal or health information are password protected, with the password provided separately. Once the referral is received, the client will be contacted directly and provided with a secure link to complete any further information required.
Questions before referring?
